These include planning the grocery list, food shopping, food storage, preparation of our meal, eating our food and the clean up. Basically, we pay attention to the sights, smells, tastes, textures, feelings, body awareness. We also may include the spiritual aspect of being nourished and where our great abundance of comes from.
