Georgiana Lotfy has worked with children for over twenty years and uses a child centered counseling program that involves you, in the process of helping your child. Together we create goals for your child so that he/she can move forward in life. Georgiana will teach children ways to express themselves with their words, but also use play materials for younger children to increase communication.
I have practiced and taught mindful meditation for many years and use it when clients feel it might be helpful. Meditation is a useful tool to recharge your life, become healthy in body, mind and spirit. If you are suffering from anxiety or depression, meditation and breathing exercises may help relieve your anxious or sad state of mind. Meditation can help with controlling addicted behaviors, such as overeating and sex addiction. Meditation is also useful if you are making a life transition and need to de-clutter your mind.
