Breathe into this Moment

This week has been full of good news and of course, a few down moments.  Life wouldn’t be complete without it all.
Over the years I have learned to become comfortable with both, even able to ride the waves of the times when I thought things were just too big to handle.
 As I have learned to become more mindful of eating, I have learned to experience a more mindful life, moment to moment.
I do this with a little help from my friends, alot of help from God, and meditation.
Just for today:  notice your breath and notice the things that disturb your natural state of calm.  Just notice, without judgement, breathe into these and notice. Watch your breath as you let go of each inhale to exhale.   Notice, breathe, let go.
